We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in the hospitality industry. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service will ensure our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Change bed linens and towels, replenish amenities, and ensure that all supplies are well-stocked
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as shampooing carpets, cleaning windows, and removing stains
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely manner, and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance operations
- Follow established safety and security procedures to maintain a safe working and guest environment
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper in the hospitality industry
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to handle the physical demands of the position, including lifting and carrying heavy objects
- Professional appearance and outstanding hospitality skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
